type: Condensed engraved serif for the headline, sized large for first read; smaller bookkeeping-style small caps for supporting copy; ornate Victorian capitals for the brand in the lower strip, but with a custom letter construction that avoids any reference-like ampersand-centered arrangement.
treatment: Flat spot-color screen-print style, maximum 5 inks, dense hatch lines for volume, no gradients, dark negative space around the outer edges to preserve readability.
